Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, along with any tags or labels.
  2. Return Period:
    • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items purchased on final sale or with special discounts.
  4. Return Process:
    • To return a product, please contact us at flexcraze0028@gmail.com. with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to officially reflect in your account. If the issue persists, contact us at flexcraze0028@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
